We adhere to the following policies for the safety of our kennel family:
- Vaccinations. We require up-to-date vaccinations against distemper, parvovirus, bordetella, and rabies. These should be administered at least 14 days prior to your scheduled visit.
- Recent illness. We cannot accept pets who have shown any symptoms of a communicable disease in the 7 days before a scheduled visit.
- Fleas and ticks. We cannot accept pets with fleas or ticks except for treatments arranged with our grooming team.
- Dog- and human-aggression. We cannot accept pets who show aggression or have a history of aggression.
- Leashes/carriers. We require that your pets be leashed or in a closed carrier at all times during drop-off and pick-up and that you maintain control of your pet.
- Contract. A signed contract must be on file at the time of drop-off.
- Honesty. Honesty is the best policy. If you are concerned that we may not welcome your pet for any reason, let us know. Even if we are unable to accommodate you, we are glad to point you to other local businesses who have the tools and facilities appropriate for your situation.
